Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within three business days of purchase. Each gift box is curated and packaged with care, so you can be confident your gift will arrive beautifully presented.

Shipping Locations
We proudly ship anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and destination. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your gift from our pier to their door.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging, sometimes packages can be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately at hello@whitepiergifts.com if you experience any issues, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
